Post Large Nozzle on top of Washer Tank

I removed the main washer tank in the passenger's fender well yesterday to determine why I had no windshield washers. Found out the tank had a missing plug in the bottom, and most of the lines were disconnected. Fixed the washer system, but someone had connected a line from the charcoal canister to the large (approx 1/2") fitting on the top of the washer tank. I'm almost positive this isn't right, so I'm wondering where the line on the washer tank should go, if anywhere, or if it's just a vent. I already have the charcoal canister connected correctly, thanks to Tony's web site schematic.
Thanks in advance-

Andrew

Reminds me of that Three Stooges episode where water was coming out of the stovetop, flames were coming out of the faucets & Curley ended up piping himself into a cage in the cellar...

"Reminds me of that Three Stooges episode "

My favorite is where they are in a small boat taking on water. One of them is drillig holes in the bottom to "let the water out"

The stooges reminiscing is great, but does anybody know where the line should be connected to?

The extra nipple on top is for a vent line. YMMV.

Many thanks Ed. I figured as much, but just wanted to make sure.
