Just changed clutch master cylinder. Brakes don't come on until the very end of pushing them. They're very weak. My clutch doesn't work the best and my brake pressure light is flashing. Bled everything twice. Can't figure out what's going on. Please help! Thank you!

I sound like you still have air in one of the circuits.
The bleeding can be a little tricky, due to the 'two in one' master cylinder - Bleed more, and start with the wheels with longest distance to the master cylinder
