Hi Sam,
Yep they will fit - Cayenne wheels have a high enough offset. There's a thread around somewhere about a guy (possibly in UK?) who had them on his car - looked ok, but they are apparently pretty heavy.
Cayman wheels also fit, as do 997 ones.
edit: Here's the link about the UK guy who had the Cayenne wheels.. different design but same size:

Might be worth asking the seller to weigh a rim of the Cayenne wheel - they're made to hold up a large SUV so are probably pretty hefty
Also a link to a thread that came up on the same search with photos of cayman wheels: (these are also available in an 18x10 ET65 rear which, with a spacer, I think would fit better than the 18x9 et43 the guy in the thread has)

Check out a US vendor called Wheel Dynamics - they have a website showing all the sizes and styles, and a few photos of 928s. I think thats where Jon got his Carerra III's shipped from to Sydney. I've been lusting after wheels, but I'm holding off anything cosmetic until I'm done with the mechanicals

Dunno about anyone using them on a 928, but they do seem a bit on the narrow side; being only 8" wide.
IIRC, my own 18" wheels are 8.5" & 9.5" wide front & rear respectively, wearing 225/40-18 & 265/35-18 rubber.
Cheers,
Erling
