While hunting around the fuse panel today, I came across a line / cable / wire that was disconnected and I am wondering what it goes to or does.
It is a little more than one eighth of an inch in diameter, is black in color and has a round connector with some pins (a few are covered). There is a female and male end laying unconnected underneath the bottom of the fuse panel piece of wood.
I can't find any mention of it in the manuals. Does anyone know what this item does ?
Thanks in advance.

If I am not mistaken that is the connector for the injection brain when you have to use fuel with less than the specified octane rating.
Not certain though, others in the group may know better.

I connected it back up (it didn't look like a typical PO derived wire) and it seems to run fine. I do recall that it did have 3 (I think) pins on each side.
