I just today picked up my 85S with new rear Boge shocks. I was told during my PP inspection that they were shot. I also had the ride height raised a bit (looks a little better to me..not done for performance).

There doesn't seem to be any noticable difference in how my shark sounds or handles when I hit bumps on the road. Should there be?

ALSO: the P-wrench wanted to charge $306 per Boge shock, but I managed to get them to come down to $100 each. Doesn't their original part price seem a bit excessive, even considering the normal mark-up?

Anyway, I'm thrilled to have my shark back.
