Default A/C Vaccuum Pod Help

I have the dash out while a new interior goes in, I have all 4 new pods, but it seems like they are riveted in, what is the process for replacing the vacuum pods, I thought it was plug and play.

Please write back if you know , just trying to get things wrapped up on dash reinstall.

You just replace the diaphragms in the actuators. You leave the body of the actuator attached to the car.
The only part that fails is the diaphragm.
I also know where you can get the diaphragms 8>)

The write up on Pirtle is excellent.

Pirtle HVAC Actuators

Don't be put off by his comments about the defroster actuator, it's not easy but it's definitely much easier than the recirculation actuator.
