well.................... first i think you have to remove the old leather. BUT.............. before you do it would be wise to measure the old leather VS the new stuff, the old stuff looks like its thinner and you may not be able to secure the thicker leather to the pad.
I would recommend brush on yellow contact cement put it on both sides and let it sit for a while then tack it together

Who stitched this pad for you? It appears you have too much material, both in area and perhaps in thickness. Is the rest of your steering wheel releathered? If so, it might be a bit tight getting thick leather on to the pad.

Paul Champagne or Rob Budd are your best go-to guys for specifics here.

Use Wilwood's glue from Home Depot, its a contact cement in a red can. You need to clean the horn very well before putting the glue on, just apply the glue to the face of the horn first, dont worry about the edges yet, then after putting the glue on let it dry for about 5-10 minutes then install the cover smooth everything out,(the face of the horn) dont do the edges yet. MAKE SURE ITS STRAIGHT. Let it all dry for 30 minutes then figure out where the leather needs to be trimed to clear everything on the back, then add glue let dry for a few minutes then stretch it on and apply firm pressure. Im not an expert at this, Rob may have a beeter way of doing this, just telling you how I would do it. Might want to e-mail Rob though.
Good Luck

That really threw me. Took me a minute to figure out what the hell you'd done to your dash and console.

I sent the instructions via email just this morning but you did a pretty good job without them.
