If you want to preserve originality, it's probably best to stay with piping.

However, if I were to pick, I'd take French seams, sports, in the style of those in Jim Mayzurk's reply; that is with Porsche crest and the diagonal 'Porsche' lettering. Think that looks fantastic.

I'm a slim guy myself and find my sports seats very snug (and absolutely great to be in) Could imagine they would quickly become too tight for larger persons.

I'm quite slender, and I find the standard seats to be fine for support and comfort. I have no desire to get the sport seats, just harder to get in. Plus unless you have them redone by Paul, they are half manual anyway, and I'm lazy.

French w/ contrasting stitching on Sport Seats... and a bumper sticker for the back that says "No Fat Chicks!"
