Interchangeable Relays?

Interchangeable Relays?
I was reconditioning my CE panel while I had it out doing my ignition coil re-wire, and I removed all of my relays and fuses. When replacing them, I was using 928 Motorsports relay chart to verify that I had them all in the correct location. On relay VI, the part number called for is 944.615.166.00. The relay which was already installed in my car is 944.615.116.00. This, according to what I could find, is the window winder relay for 924s and 968s. My windows were working before my coil problem, so is there any need to change the relay? I just didn't know if anyone might be familiar with these being interchangeable, or if some damage might occur over time due to the difference?

Relay VI is for the window winder part # 944.615.126.00 from the fuse relay chart 87/88 MY
The part # changes for the 89 MY.........944.615.166.00

Malcolm, the one that I took out of it is 944.615.1 "1" 6.00, not 166. That's what has me confused on this one. I double checked to be sure that I had the 89 MY chart and I did. Any idea if it'll make a difference?
