Does anyone know if this can be removed without removing the Radiator and AC condensor - can it be threaded out ?

I was able to remove my cooler with the condenser in place. I already had the radiator and fans out, but I couldn’t imagine getting to it with those in place and they aren’t that difficult to remove. Even without the radiator, it was still a PITA to get in and out. IIRC I also had to take off the chin spoiler as well. For me the toughest part was getting the hoses reattached and clamped correctly.

You probably don't need the pointers, but I did a writeup of this R&R last year. I loosened the A/C condensor, 'cause I couldn't see how to snake the loop in and out without doing so.

After reading all that I'm definitely replacing the rubber part insitu. _ Cut off old crimp sleeve, replace with new 12mmID hydraulic hose, attach with hose clamps both ends. Form 90 degree bend in the 12ID straight hose by inserting a piece of 10mm ID pipe (12mmOD) bent to 90 degrees, inside the straight pipe - I'll post a pic tonite.
