The only non functioning item on my entire '83 is the windshield washer pump. When I check the the leads that feed the pump motor in the wheel well I do not get any voltage. The same test with the headlight washer pump indicates a voltage, and they work.

My question is:
Is there a relay for the windshield washer pump? Where is it?

I cannot seem to find the washer relay specifically listed on any of the relays in the panel by the passenger foot area.

I see washer pumps listed all of the time on eBay, so this must happen to other people too...
