How many different body kits were made for the 928?

There have been some threads on body kits lately and it brought up some questions.
How many different body kits were made for the 928?
And by who?
Got pics?
Almost all of them I have seen do not do much for me. There are a couple of things that I think "That's kind of cool"
To me, the best body mod I have seen for a S4 is GTS rear quarters, I just love the way it makes the car look more muscular.
Discuss.

Lots of decent pics of wide bodies and kits. Some links as well.
Not many new kits available anymore except for Carls (928MS) and J-Mond.
Eribuni stopped making kits but has a few new /old stock kits floating around in the $750 range. Kinda Miami Vice looking though. I think AIR still has molds as well.
