Haha, mine does not work either!

But as to the comments about US drivers being trusted to this system, the headlights are adjusted manually (at the shop) with the adjuster at the top, so you are not able to adjust the beam higher, only lower(to compensate for more weight in the boot). So at least you are not able to bother other drivers if you adjust it wrong.

No trouble

Installed a new system two years ago on the SE (after 5 years with a non workiing system) new system now only works on one side - no trouble.

For the hydraulic - yes - troublesome. Electric - seems pretty reliable (if over complex).

The adjuster ***** & skirts between the 2 look almost the same.

Either door - but only if they both trigger the interior lights via the pin switches...not always true of course...
