Jay, on another thread, Snowball was asking about the Arkansas gathering that you proposed. How are things coming along???? Still planning??? Need help??? Inquiring minds want to know. lol

Yep - the Arkansas "Sharks in the Ozarks" is still a go.

So far, I have been able to establish contact with a Dyno Operator who has agreed to let us 'compare numbers'. A show and shine at nearby Beaver Dam State Park and a trip down the Ozark Autobahn are also planned.

Looks like the event will be held in Eureka Springs (for some info check out this link "http://www.eurekasprings.com/index.phtm" )

I am trying to get a group rate as we speak. Plans are for the 3rd weekend of June.

I'll post once I get all of the minor details worked out (you know - like schedule, lodging, etc.)

Thanks for askin' Bigun...let's me know some are interested.

Oh yeah, a couple of other things....

I WILL be at SITM this year....and Mickie & I are planning on hosting a Scavenger Hunt at Mt. Nebo for our local Porsche Chapter also in May.

Man - am I going to be busy this Spring!!!

That's great Jay. Puts it around my birthday, so that will make a nice present for myself. Barring any unforseen difficulties, Christine and I will definitely be in attendance. I guess we'll see you at SITM first though. Then you can check out the beast with the "chebby" hoodscoop in person.
