Smile 964 part (clear turn indicator lenses)

I would like to purchase a set of clear turn indicator lenses for my S4. Jaquemond has ceased selling these items. There is at least one company selling them for the 964, are these compatible with ours ? They look close.

Sorry, but the answer is "no". It would be nice, if there was an easy solution, but that's not Porsche's way... ;-)

At the very least you'd have to modify the lenses, but I'm not sure, if there is enough "meat" in the material to do so.

Like they mentioned, Jacquemond used to make them...

So perhaps they will make more later, or perhaps you can get in touch with their supplier. I'm also guessing that if you took your stock lens to a place that makes clear lenses, they could make you a set.

But no one seems to make clear lenses as a product.

I still think a lens update kit for the S2 would be a big seller...

I still believe that if you want clear lenses for the front turn signals, you also need clear front side markers - otherwise it'll look like a job half done.

Nicole,

That would work for me.

I have the clear lenses from Jac, but they are not completely clear - somewhat opaque. I also received the small clear plastic pieces.

I think the look is better than standard US but not as good as the European look.

Well, Jerry, next time you have the car repainted, just have them close up the front side marker holes...
