Default Which rebuilt PS Rack for a 90GT?

My 1990 GT has a VERY leaky PS rack.

The low price sources I found were:

Zims - $260 - warranty not specified
Auto Parts Warehouse - CVU (who is this?) $357 7yr/70000 miles warranty
928 International - $395 - 3yr/unlimited miles
SteeringRack.com - $400 - lifetime warranty
WorldPac is around $650 - not really low, but well-known

1. Does anyone here care to comment on Zims (attractive due to low price) or CVU and Steeringrack.com (good warranties) PS racks? 928 Intl. and WorldPac are known to me. Low prices are useless if the vendor rejects the core as "not rebuildable" and long warranties are not really helpfull if the rebuilt units only last a year.

2. Can anyone recommend a competent 928 mechanic or shop in the SF Bay area who is willing to install owner-supplied parts without grousing about it too much?

1982 928 S-look (smooth runner, no leak)

You get what you ask for when you ask for it and they back up their products.
