My door handle stopped working!

Post My door handle stopped working!

My driver's side door outside handle decided to stop working today. Now it only opens from the inside. I remember that there were a few web sites out there that addressed this issue, but I can't find them now that I need one. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

Dave...The same thing happened to me only on the right side...The web site is correct in the description of how to do it......But it only took me about an hour...It is really not that hard...Good luck

There's also a good description at Greg Nichol's 928 Tips site, <a href="http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/nichols/tip378.htm" target="_blank">"Door handle is broken."</a> This is the one I followed just recently when the same thing happend to my '85.
