Dipstick Question
OK,
I am getting fed up with burning my fingers getting to the dipstick on my 85.
Can the S4 dipstick and tube be used on the S3 engines? Any mods or will it bolt right up?

When I had the 86.5 928S, I swapped out the original dip-stick for theones used in the S4. I measured the length to the markings on the original then transfered them (with a file-mark) to the S4 stick. That was the only change needed. YMMV.
