Post Is there an 18 inch '94-'95 GTS style wheel?

Does anyone know if there is an 18" '94-'95 GTS style wheel available in solid or 3 piece? I can only seem to find 17" versions.
TIA

There was a replica of the '94-'95 GTS wheel made by Mille Miglia in 18" size. 8.5" front and 10" rear.

Unfortunately they are no longer in production.

My car has a set of those wheels. 18x8.5and 18x10 with pretty new Kumho 712's. I want to go to a 17" wheel and would be interested in selling this set. If you are interested mail me brenth@wcta.net

I think DougM 928 had 18 inch. I remember he posted a picture, maybe you can search for it or he can add it again. They looked great!

Here is the link that mentions it.

Pics of my old GT are at http://photos.yahoo.com/ziggymeredith . They are the 18" wheels that Brent describes. Actually, they are the wheels that Brent is offering because he now owns the car.

Brent,

Just wondering as to why you want to switch back to 17'... I myself run with 18' and for now like them.

I was interested in these wheels when I was doing my research about putting 18 inch wheels on my car. The offsets are not made for a 928. They suit 911 s. Same old problem, this is the reason I designed the custom arms, lack of selection of good looking and or genuine looking wheels.

I drove the car with them for over a year with no problems. Even ran an auto-x with no rubbing. The car is set at the reccommended factory ride height. Can't say if there would be problems with a lower ride height.

The reason for the change doesn't really have much to do with the diameter of the wheels. I want to get a set of custom offset wheels in order to run a wider front tire. By going with a wheel from 928sp I can run a 255 in front instead of the 225 maximum now. I am going with 17 instead of 18 because the tires are cheaper.

I have been lucky enough with the weather up here that I have been driving the car quite a bit I haven't noticed any rubbing or other issues with the 18's either. I wasn't quite ready to make this swap yet but, if I have a buyer I might as well go for it. I am dragging my feet a little as my GTS brakes will be here this week
