The line under it is a quote from the owner, saying he doesn't drive it because of the original wheels. It doesn't say who made the statement...

It's the "Your Garage" section - you can post your own car there....

I've still got the car and in spite of some decent offers have not sold it. I will only sell the car to a collector when the day comes where I finally part with it. Guess my heart really isn't in to selling it just yet. I am planning on putting it in the PCA parade next year since its here in Charlotte. I know it doesn't have enough miles to win but its a great venue to show the car.
Someone here posted the Leno site a while ago. I was cleaning out my links the other day and came across it and decided to post both of my 928s in the "your garage" section. My GTS is there too.
Mike, it does have the original tires on the original wheels. I have removed them and put another set of wheels on the car. The original tires are in remarkable shape with the exception of one that appears to be coming apart from the inside. I recently found two original never mounted Pirelli CN36's in Germany and am awaiting their arrival (Thanks Nicole!).
