Hey folks with the workshop manuals I need some info.....Wally can you help here?

On the right side of the engine (passenger), there is a ground (I think) connector that is supposed to be attached to the valve cover on that side, the connection also helps secure the fuel rail on that side. That screw is missing on my '83 928S.

1. What is on the other end of this wire?

2. What are the specs for said screw so I can replace it? (hopeful this information is available I hate to trial and error) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />
