Question Aftermarket TipTronic?

Just scored a LSD for my '81 on the E-bay. Sweet. (I hope. )

Now my car will finally have the complete 'Competition Group'!

Anyhu, back to the topic; I've been searching on the web for a conversion to allow (steering wheel) pushbutton shifting, up AND down, on an AUTOMATIC.

There are drag race kits which will kick an aftermarket shifter handle to shift. But I want something to push and pull the cable, not just shift up, but I don't want to mess with the valve body.

Anyone heard of such a thing?

I picture a motorized replacement/addition to the shift handle that would push/pull the stock cable. Or perhaps an additional cable attachement at the transmission.

The front chrome package would have to be part of the deal.

There was a company that makes kits to adapt a Porsche transmission to facilitate electronic shifting actuated by 2 buttons on the steering wheel, for up or down. I have their card but must dig it out. They wanted $4500 to convert my 914/6 last year. I know...but what is their name or number. I stashed it somewhere and will look for it. I seem to remember the name I Systems or something similar. Maybe someone else will know their name.

Used to work for a Bus company, they had an electrical air actuated shifter that was back on the transmission. I am sure there are all electric versions of this somewhere. but the unit was capable of up and down shifting the tranny.
