While removing the heatshield between exhaust and torquetube, some of the speednuts had to be grind down because they were rusted rock-solid. These are kind-a special speedclips that appear to be no longer available. Has anybody used an alternative with succes?

Try 928 international - they sent me a replacement kit recently. Failing that, try to order from UK - i've had no problems getting any of the various size speednuts.
