I was wondering what kind off HP gains i should expect with an Adjustable fuel regulator and what how i would go around fitting it...

The actual gains you'd get would depend on the other modifications you had on the car. The adjustable regulator will allow tuning to get the most out of any other modifications. In other words, an adjustable regulator should give you greater gains on a car with other modifications than it would on an otherwise stock car.
The adjustable regulators should be a direct replacement for the stock regulator. I wouldn't think that there's really too much difference between the various ones available.
