I my geographic area, Ron_H has an 86.5 928 with greygreen interior. Also, the 85 928 that SharkAttack purchased has the greygreen interior. And I know of one in the Chicago area, who's owner does not frequent this board.

Yup, I have a greyish-green interior. It grows on me. At first I didn't think it was grey-green since it appeared grey in the photos I saw before I bought the car on the net. But on the drive home, I appreciated it more and more. It fades into the background and the vision outward seems to be dominant. That seems safer to me, rather than tripping out on my upholstery while driving. And it is not as hot as black which would have been my first choice. Occasionally, I think of painting the entire car green, since, being a vegetarian, I like green. That would match better than meteor metallic. But I won't. I could search for a green car with black interior and swap, though. Another '86.5 would be nice.

I've had a couple of clients with grey/green interiors who I could not help because I could not find a match.

If there was enough demand, I now have the connections to have the custom color duplicated in very high quality leather.

FWIW, I have had very good luck with SEM colors matching my interior by sending them a sample removed from the underside of the seat, and also a rear seat sun visor. I have resprayed my doors, my dash and pod and my console and also my steering wheels after resewing them both. I needed to use their flat clear to duplicate the factory dull finish but it is turning out well so far.

I think I have a brand new in the box vinyl dash in grey green.
Will swap for new GTS.

My 85 S2 has grey/green and my 86.5 also.

I know two other cars here in the area too.

Maybe Paul shoud do a sportseatconversion? But shipping to Germany is an expensive task?

I lust for a driver's sport seat in grey/green alcantara. Maybe some others do as well and if enough of us ordered one or two, the price would be reasonable.
I have two sets of grey/green seats, so I would gladly let go of one seat for a conversion. Anyone else??
