Wind Noise
I'm wondering how much wind noise is normal.
I seem to be getting it from the windscreen area not doors.
As I understand it previous posts have suggested the GTS windscreen trim that (I think)seals the L/H & R/H side of the screen but the top & bottom sections stay as is ie gaps between the trim and glass.
Other posts have suggested siliconing up the gap (YUCK!!).
Final point...the windscreen does not leak and the wind noise is loudest on headeinds.
Any thoughts on this would be great.

My windnoise was pretty extreme on my '87 and has completely disapeared after getting a new windshield. I still have the ugly looking gap between the windshield and the trim, but no more windnoise.

Jim,
If the upper trim list can vibrate like a violin wire, you get the wind noise - I fixed the list carefully with black silicone mastic, and still have the opening at the vertical part, no more wind noise.
Remove the trim list (carefully) and ad the silicone mastic to the backside and mount again, and clean-up
Before start cleaning-up spray soap water to prevent unneeded sticking to the surrounding
Good luck!
