Michael,

Thanks for the offer. I gotta work on my wheels this weekend so I can possibly get them on the car next week. Only so many weekends in the year...

Hopefully next year though...

I'm in on the celebration!

Drove the S4 to work today, well, do that everyday, so I guess for me, everyday is 9/28. But will also be seeing fellow 928'er and designer extradenaire Porken today while we do a quick liftbar swap.

He's taking my old bars from my just sold '85 up to a guy up in Canada, and he's giving me a set of bars for my S4 in exchange. Excellent! Plus he's dropping off a shipment of lift bars for a bunch of other 928'er up there. The 928 brotherhood in action!

And no bra's on the head for me today. That gets old after a while. Makes it tough for us tall guys to fit in our 928's.

Wow. 17 years old. Still a minor. Doesn't look a day over 2.
Maybe I'll treat it to a day out in Sterling tomorrow....

I dont usualy take a lunch break but I did today. Did a quick run out to the coast "HWY 1" and went through the gears. By chance met up W/ a Nissan 350 Z and played tag for a few miles. Got to see his rear bumper a bit to much, got a opening on a straight and was able to pull off a pass. Kept this up for a while got to a stop sign I went straight he went right both of us gave the thumbs up at least it looked like his thumb, any way I am taking lunches more often.

Well, as 9-28 comes to a close, the '88 was running fantastic all day. Meet up with the wife in her '90 after 5pm, we get a nice spirited run up the highway and her fuel pumps crap out.

Both of us stuck on the highway waiting for a tow truck..............
