Default s4 value help

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...6000&cardist=1

Can anyone tell me what this might be worth? I have a co-worker looking for a project. I test drove it a few hours ago. what I know: Idles decent. No records or info. All vin tags are there, paint is oxidizing in places. Flip up wing. body is solid, a few dents etc. No rub strips. Interior is fair to poor. Coolant light is on intermittently. Auto shifts well, slight clunk when putting into park. Motormounts shot. Pulses badly when braking. Car is all there, just rough. Odo doesn't work. Overall it drives OK. Dealership will auction off next week.. Any thoughts appreciated on what a lowball offer might be..

$4-6 thousand, plan on putting in another 5-7K + in if you do the work.

OK so odometer does not work ?? A TMU car , pull a carfax to see what records they have for miles...I am very surprised that a new car dealer would want to retail a less than nice 928 ...They usually wholesale them out BEFORE they make the trade.
