I was inspired by this thread and went and swapped out the 40 with a 50 series, which made a definite improvement.
New setup:
Factory manifolds -> Delta Flow 50 series -> 3" -> 12" resonator -> 3" -> 12" resonator -> 3" -> Monza twin tip resonator.

I'm not sure what is on the Bastard, but it is two 2.25" pipes, through a single stainless steel (small) muffler.
Full throttle is 93 dBA, about 80 at idle.
It sounds a bit like a tug boat at idle, uhh or is that a U-Boat?
