Default Clear tail light segments for 78-86 928

My lens manufacturer has made first prototypes of clear segments to replace the amber turn signal segments in the early 928 tail lights.

These require carefully dremeling out the amber segments, and machining the cutting edge to a 100 Degree angle, rather than 90 Degrees. Then the lens can be glued in place with a slow curing clear adhesive (no crazy glue, or the like).

So, this is a kit for the advanced handyman, who was unfazed by the side marker conversion.

Price is estimated at $70/pair.

PS: No, we cannot make this for the S4/GT/GTS models - even if we did just the amber segments, they would be way too large for the equipment!

Can you make all four segments in clear? Would love the all white look. Chrome spraypaint on the inner housing and colored bulbs would look great with white lenses all the way across. Would love to see the first test set installed.

Either way, I have an extra set of rear lenses so I'm in for a try.
