I use the cheapest brand name 20/50 in my 79 every 5k or so. That is three time more often than than Porsche suggests. 8 quarts makes it almost full. I have also found a brand of ramps called Rhino that will hold 12,000 pounds. They are designed for low clearance cars and have worked perfectly for my oil changes. Better yet, they are anti-skid, so I simply place them in front of the tires and drive the car right up. Never seen anything work better. They raise the vehicle sufficiently to do the oil work and I even changed out my radiator using the ramps. They are available at most local auto parts stores.

Thanks to all that posted. I will change the oil when the filter and crush ring arrive from 928 Specialists on Wednesday. But I am still waiting to hear from some one out there who has had a problem with the master brake cylinder. I did get one response, but I think that mine is shot and not a loose/missing part on the bottom (gromit)sp. Has anyone had any experience with this part/problem.
