928 advice (questions)
I'm interested in buying a 928 but have a few questions, please help if you can.
1. What is the difference in the S and S4 hood
2. Can an 85-87 5 speed be interchanged with an 82-84 5 speed?
3. What can I expect in basic operating cost of the car (please don't include engine maintenance)
4. Are there any problems with leaks in the hatch or windsheild like my 911/944 have?
I have an opportunity to buy an 84 but it has a bad tranny. The guy who is selling it also has an S4 tranny and S4 hood but he wasn't sure it those items would fit on the car. Thanks for your help in advance.
