Why do folks have to mess with what was already 'art'.
IMHO the body engineers did a fine job; the engine folks did what they could do under the constraints of the time.
Sean...........your previous Avatar was a little more pleasing to the eyes!

I wish they had. I agree, the rear treatments are not awful, and I like the shortened quarter windows. But the rest is just unbelievable. Take a look at the door handles, or whatever those holes are. Do you have to bring your own door handle to get in?

It does have the rub strip delete, no sunroof, and aero mirrors. Look at the positives!

As I contemplate my next project car, I am reminded once again that lots of time and money spent does not gaurantee a pleasing result, at least to my eyes with this project. I do see the execution was done well, just can't imagine what instructions were given to the body shop for this result.

OK.
I haven't seen the Transfomers movie that came out this summer.
What does this "car" transform into?
Now if they only had done it in flat black to minimize the whole effect.
Wonder how many hours were spent 'crafting' that nose piece.
With an extended nose, you can jam both turbo and supercharger in there.

I like it, especially the front. Not too crazy about the door fins and the rear louvers. He should have left the rear quarter window size alone, may have looked much better.
