Jack raise the ride height and you should be fine. Soft cushy ride but enough clearance to keep the oil pan off the ground. Performance suspension needs a performance driver and by your own description that ain't you. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Brutus, maybe you're right. The problem is on the few times I want to be a performance driver, the car is setup for ride comfort. Is there a happy medium?

I bottomed out my front end a couple weeks ago, ripped the A/C compressor bracket off the block and snapped off the alternator and its bracket.
