vacum line on computer/what does this connect to

what is the vacum on the computer i shot a little air in to it and the rpms raced up.the manuel dosnt state weather a vacum hose should be on this or not.86.5

That computer is the EZK unit [ignition brain], and it needs this manifold pressure input in order to schedule the spark properly.
