Baaaaaad 928
Check out the first two pictures on this page. I think this is one of the meanest looking 928s I have ever seen. Anybody know anything about this car? Not sure I would ever do anything like this myself but, I really like this look!

Hi Chuck,
That's looks like a Jacquemond kit to me, and I agree, it's definitly one of the meanest looking 928's I have seen. The only thing I would delete is the painted wheels. A call to Jacquemond is in my future...

It does look like a Jaquemond kit. Clock Work Orange -
The third 928 down, with the RollOver Fenders - Now thats a work of art!.
Jaquemond recently offered me the Aero Wide Body kit for 3999 - a bargain compared to his other kit prices. FYI

I got the offer too! 3999 for the Aero Wide Body and I am thinking about it very seriously since my front and rear bumper covers are damaged as well as my front spoiler. To replace in stock form would cost as much and would not look as good. Would need super wide wheels though!

Has anyone priced what a good bodyshop would charge to perform the fender modifications and install the flairs? By the time you add up the kit price, full paint job, and fender modifications you gotta be looking at $10K to $12K easy. Plus, like Gerry says, you would then HAVE TO do some big wheels/tires, which would lead eventually to GTS brakes, shocks/springs, then a stroker, a big stereo.......

All the pictures I have seen lately of Jacquemond kits show flares that require cutting the fenders. But, a year or two ago, I saw a Jacquemond kit on eBay (I think it was a B Series) that had complete fiberglass fenders. While I am sure there was still some body work to do, bolting on complete new fenders sure looks simpler.
Drew, I did the SC install myself about two years ago.

I don't know, the painted wheels are kinda growing one me. the last one down with the yellow leather could look really sweet with some more yellow accents in the interior.
what do you call those modified doors? Are they still considered gullwing? Cause I thought gullwings were hinged in the middle of the roof and opened straight up.

From a Merc Gullwing site:
Gullwings, like the DeLorean, have doors that open upwards, and have hinge points close to the center of the roof line. [Not to be confused with scissor doors (which pivot like on a Lamborghini) or butterfly doors (which open upwards AND to the front like a McLaren)].
So wouldn't they be butterfly doors?
