clicking sound
Just went to dinner, and when I left I noticed a clicking sounds coming from (I think) the right rear wheel. The speed of clicking corresponds with my speed (more speed, more clicking). Thoughts?

try applying the brakes lightly while rolling if no change try pulling gently on the E brake, as mentioned beofre check the tires for a nail or stone. If nothing noted check the CV joint connections, on both axles and the big bolt in the center of the rear wheels about 320ftlbs, and check the wheels lugs

I think you have the OX sensor unit syndrome, located next to the passenger seat under the carpeted cover. Easiest way to check is to remove the cover and drive. If it is now louder, you found your clicker!
If that is what it is, you can of course remove it or wrap it in foam.
Good luck!

I just had this very same thing on Tues. night coming home from a PCA social. It was a long drive & involved the interstate. On the way there, nothing. On the way home I noticed it just before the interstate. Pulled off and checked all of the tires & underneath. Nothing. Sounded like the passenger rear. My 1st thought was something stuck in the tire. Just a click nothing metalic or too scary sounding. Cooresponded with the speed of the car. Drove about 65 on the way home on I-95. By the time I got off the interstate, it had gone. Drove with windows down & the wife listened out the window & nothing. Like it came & went! No chance of a wheel bearing or anything serious??
We are suppose to go on a "drive & dine" with our local PCA this evening. Its a 2 hour drive into Georgia. We wanted to take both our sharks cause its driving on back roads & the Corvette club is joining us so we wanted to show off our sharks to them as well. Been thinking I would not drive mine until I could find what this was. But if the sound has come & gone, it would be tough to determine, especially for me. Whats everyone think? Would I be ok to take it or should I play it safe & just drive it closer to home until I find out what it was??

Mine did Mark, yes. Funny though, it seems to have gone away. Just came & went pretty quickly. I drove about 225 miles last evening round trip in a joint PCA/Corvette club "drive n dine" thru the backwoods of SE Ga. & never heard a sound. Is that something to be concerned with? Or is it an easy check?
