Well, if you were a Rennlist member, you'd have a free website that you could use for just this purpose.
You could always try getting someone to host it on their site for you.

If you have a problem, use the menu to the left, and click on "Pick Other Site", and choose "Sportcar picture website".
It is a public forum to post pictures and movies, and leave comments... You have to sign up, but it doesn't cost anything. The car site is new, and still a bit buggy. Once you get there, and sign up, you can upload pictures and movies...
