Connecting rod side clearance and width
Probably a question only few may know, what is the rod side bearing clearance and how wide exactly are the rods on the big end?

The big end width is absolutly not 21.7, what source said that? Erkka is a reliable source of data, you can trust him. BTW, the maximum width of the crankpin is 54.13mm. What do you have planned?

Thank Mike. Everyone can make mistakes but I think this time 27mm is correct. 21.7424mm would be very strange measurement for German company to use.

I saw on a pauter rod website the 928 porsche b.e. width listed as .856, lol. It seemed very small, I should have just thrown up the link instead of openly doubted you. My appologies
