I'm fairly new to the 928 engine and ever since I bought my 87 it felt a little slugglish like something was holding back expecially when compared to my 88 S4 (now sold). Today I was cleaning the intake track and took the air box off and found a few disconnected vacuum lines. I fixed the disconnected vacuum lines and took the car for a spin and holy molly this thing is a different animal. Slam on the gas and it takes first gear to redline shifts into second with a nice chirp from the tires and next thing I know im at 80mph. Best $10 bux I ever spent.
