Dyno will only tell you if the acceleration is smooth, adequate but if the weather is hot and humid, it might make you beleive that it is low on HP, when in fact it isn't. As stated above, look at the emmissions numbers (the 40km/h test is sort of a dyno number anyways) and see if anything is higher than normal (normal is usually half the limit number, the lower the better). Also if it idles nice, has a good throttle response and doesn't hesitate during acceleration, them the engine is running good.
0-60 times are subjective to the driver, pavement/weather conditon, and tire conidition. So this might not be a perfect benchmark. To me its all about feel, drive it and if it feel good/strong then it probably is.
You've pretty much done everyting to your 928 to make it run good (tune up, injectors, vacumm lines, intake gaskets, t-belt) so there is no reason for it not to run right.
