Default Exhaust manifold torque spec?

I started to put my manifolds on my heads and then on the car, but I can't find any torque specs for the nuts in the WSM. I upgraded to rennspeeds stainless exhaust studs with hex cuts and 928 motorsports manifold nuts. Also which way should the gaskets face? Does it matter?

Thanks

Awesome thanks. I went lettering towards the manifolds on the gaskets, it looked like the obvious direction.
