Hi Niels,
Search on this forum for 'crankcase ventilation' and you get several answers.

OK, you have knock sensors so you do not get the detonation, but you still get the oil lifted from the crankcase to the combustion chamber, if the passage is free, if not, you will get overpressure in your engine.
There has been a lot of discussion regarding de-routing the ventilation hoses on newer 928 models (32 valves), I did not follow this discussion carefully for I have the 16 valve and this model has different crank house ventilation - Try to search for this also.
