Engine Vibration Update
I agree with you Joe, the OEM mounts are the way to go. But if one didn't have the time or money to do them right away, installing the mud flap/spacer like John did, than filling them with urethane would be better than having the motor sitting on the cross member. That is if you can get to the mounts without disassembling everything to do it that is.

It's all in the angles, words like impossible come to mind. Finding a syringe to push the poly/silicon, that could puncture the outer rubber and not blow out while injecting even with the mounts 'unloaded'. Would be a trip worth many cold beers. It could be done if you unloaded the mounts, used an angle drill with a small bit for a guide hole of sorts -rubber doesn't take to drilling very well-. Then you'd have to shoot the goo from a downward angle to prevent leakage and you would have to be sure the amounts injected were fairly close.
I think I'll stick with my temp' and prepare my self for a couple day's of cussing and muttering
