Post Dumb Tire pressure question?

How much does the tire pressure change from cold to hot? And are the pressures listed for hte car, cold pressures or hot pressures?

Too many variables on the pressure change to give a meaningful answer. Weight on each tire, starting air pressure, ambient temp, road surface, suspension alignment, tire type, tire size, tire construction, tire speed rating and dozens of other factors will affect how much pressure change you get.

Tire pressures are normally specified for cold tires.

Quite a few folks have adjusted the Porsche-recommended tire pressures to suit their own situations.

Owner's manual has the gradient for temp/pressure. Specified pressure is at 20 C, and "pressure increases approximately 0.1 bar for every 10C increase in the temperature inside the tire".
