Post Starting Problem

This is off topic. I have a 1937 Oldsmobile F-37 Touring Sedan that I am just recently having trouble starting. I know it is different than our 928's but I was hoping to get some good input.
I've been trying to start it today and she won't fire. I have not had problems starting it in the past. The last time I started it was around 3 weeks ago. It was cold then but not as cold as today and it did not start as easily as when it's warm out. But today I crank and crank and she won't fire. It sounds like she wants to start, in fact it sounds very close to starting. I am getting fuel and spark. Could it be my plugs are fouled? I replaced them 3 months ago. I'm stumped guys- please help!
I should add that it is the original straight six so it's a very basic straight foreward setup- yet I still can't get it going.

Did you try pumping the accelerator while starting?

Take a can of starter fluid and give her a few good squirts directly in the carb.

Does it have a manual choke?.

Yes, I've pumped the accelerator and used starting fluid. It has automatic choke. Thanks for helping with my non 928 issue. keep 'em coming!
