Autothority Chips
I just installed the Autothority chips on my 87' automatic today. The car idle smoother, revs much cleaner, and generally more responsive everywhere. However it is idling at 1100 rpm in neutral. Is this normal?

It could be that the Chip, set your timing a little more advanced, which would in turn raise your idle speed. Chips usually trim the pulse width on the fuel side, so my guess is that you will need to adjust your idle speed back down to specification. High idle is just annoying with a 5 speed car, but with an automatic a real problem. Best to address it before you start
leaning to heavily on your "parts".
