Default Will these fit? (996 wheels - RV)

I have a 99 996 with OEM 17x7 55mm and 17x9 55mm porsche "sport" wheels (the twist type). Will these fit on a 928 without spacers?

Yes- they will "fit". However, the fronts are too narrow (should be 7 1/2" with the 9" rears), and the offsets are not really correct for best steering. Front offset should be 65, thus the centerline of your front wheel will produce a wider track - usually heavier steering, more tramlining, less responsive, etc. If you can find a "negative" spacer of minus 10 mm, it will be right, but nobody has found those yet!!!!! Rears are a perfect fit in both wheel width and offset.

Gary is of course 100% correct. I run those sizes and even 52mm and they work great on my 928's.

Your front tire will be 3/8 of an inch closer to the fender lip.... a very small change.

I've got them on mine and they are fine. You can actually put a 21mm spacer in the rear with no problems.
