Default Opinions on aftermarket oil pan gasket on ebay.

Any opinions on this "thinner", "reusable" oil pan gasket listed on ebay?:

It worked for me. I installed one a few years back and still no leaks.

I used factory cork and it leaks. If I was going to do it again, I'd use the silicone one that 928 Specialists and 928s-R-Us sell.

ROG, of this forum, sells a good gasket. I think it's a different make but he could tell you.

I just installed Roger Tyson's (928sRUs) silicone gasket a couple weeks ago. I admit that I haven't had it out for a drive yet, but the part is a formidable one (thicker than the others) and claims to be reusable. I believe it. Oil has been in it for two weeks now and no leaks.

Tip: Be sure to torque those bolts properly and don't confuse the slightly shorter bolts with the longer ones when buttoning the pan back up.

Best of luck!
