Greg, Wax the underside of the hatch were it touches the seal, than lightly rub a little talc on the rubber gasket and the two wedges on each side. I tried everything alse with no/little help. The talcum helps but needs to be reaplied from time to time.
Bob, I agree with Greg. It is a must to start with the alignment of the hatch itself.
